The food was excellent and we were able to try things specific to the region. We do not eat meat and the staff was sensitive to our needs. The service was excellent.

The best Osteria in Ravenna. Every chance I have to visit Ravenna I always go to Il Paiolo. Pure Italian tastes prepared and served in perfection. The best!

Warm and friendly attitude to the costumers. Very delicious food. I definitely recomend the skewers from the fish menu.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shot of local Limoncello when we were leaving was an added bonus to a great meal. Recommended wine at E28 was also great. Only problem is they were closed the next night when we wanted to return.

The food was very tasty, homemad pasta. The service very friendly. Would definitely recommend for a dinner in Ravenna.

I dined alone the weekend of the marathon/half marathon and was afraid that I wouldn&#39;t be welcomed.  On the contrary I had a wonderful experience.  The tortelloni were delicious!  I also had a salad which was good BUT the pistacchio chocolate cheesecake was awesome.  I have come to Ravenna many times but finally had the possibility to eat here.

Portions are very small, too small to be filling or for the price. Some dishes were yummy and some quite dry; hit or miss. Ice tea sold out at the start of the evening, how? Cocktails were yummy. Is defin. more a drinks spot than suitable for dinner.
